I’m sure Transition Towns would be willing to partner with it. Though scrounging up volunteers might be difficult. Send the AVTT list an email at patransitions@googlegroups.com and hopefully you’ll get some response.

You can also join the website at http://www.patransitions.net and post a blog on there asking for some help and you will hopefully get some folks responding too.

This is an issue I’ve been wondering about too!
